I grew up playing just about every sport but found my true calling on the baseball field, which led me to play professionally for the Arizona Diamondbacks. These days, I serve my community as an Arizona firefighter paramedic and stay active as a fitness enthusiast. I’ve always believed that wellness goes beyond the gym or doctor’s office.
